I’ve always had a fear fascination with meat. For years, I’ve been able to eat meat as long as I don’t have to touch it or smell it in it’s uncooked state. The problem is that I’ve had a huge cooking knowledge gap when it comes to cooking meat of any kind. So, I deemed 2008 my year of meats. Over the next couple of weeks, I want to share my favorites with you, starting with this simple chicken breast recipe. This recipe is great because it gives you the foundation and you can change up the spices and sauces and turn it into 100 options.
