It’s so cold just about everywhere right now, even in Southern California, and I love it! What a better time for soup and wine with friends. Add a fireplace in the mix and I can’t a more perfect evening!
Today, I would like to share a recipe that’s always a hit. I must give props to my girl Lis who whipped this up one night at her house, while tending to two adorable kiddies, chatting away with me, drinking wine, and answering the phone. I figured if Lis could pull it off, so could I. And to my happy surprise, it was a snap. These instructions do seem a little long, but don’t let that fool you.
